At the Janáček Theater in Brno, we modernized the entrance signaling, which serves to coordinate the performances. The manager (a technical assistant of the director) instructs the performing artists so that they know when to prepare and go on the stage.
When selecting a specific device, it was crucial to choose a manufacturer that will guarantee the support and further development of the selected technology in the future. Finally, our choice was the solution by ETC CueSystem company, which uses two Control desk units - rackmount (Unit 1-12, Unit 2 13–24) for the control. CueSpider lights are used for the signaling. The whole system uses TCP / IP communication and the signals are powered by PoE. All the configuration is performed from CueSystem PC Software.
