New AV Technique at the Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové

We have modernized the equipment of two lecture halls and four seminar rooms at the Medical Faculty of Charles University in Hradec Králové to meet current standards in the field of teaching. The new AV technology ensures more comfortable control, better quality of image data and audio signals and thus significantly better quality of content created for e-learning purposes.

The central element of the whole solution is the SDI infrastructure and the matrix switcher, all in the 12G standard.

In one of the lecture halls, with an emphasis on intelligibility and even sound signal coverage, in addition to the main sound system, we also installed rear-facing loudspeakers and miniature loudspeakers in the department for front listening lines. Wireless microphones and noise microphones are not missing in the audio equipment.

For the purposes of image presentation, we have installed projection equipment in auditoriums and touch LCD displays in seminar rooms. In addition, we equipped the lecture halls with a camera chain for recording lessons.

As part of the reconstruction, we also installed scenic lighting in both auditoriums, which is controlled by a DMX desk.
