Turnkey Meeting Room for FN Motol

For 3rd Department of Surgery of 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University, we provided a complete reconstruction of the meeting room. New interactive AV technology, perfect acoustic conditions and eye-catching custom-made furniture, which was created according to the design of ADR, an architectural studio.

The meeting room serves not only for regular meetings of doctors, but also as a teaching space. Therefore, at the investor’s request, we have equipped it with a 4k high-resolution screen, which can be connected to operating rooms and display the course of surgeries.

The additional interactive Samsung flip screen then allows annotated viewing of the content, in which it is possible to write, save it and then distribute it to students.

We also equipped the screens with a sound system with a camera to ensure the transmission of video conferencing.

AV technology can be controlled on a touch tablet via an intuitive graphical interface, which we have customized to correspond to the visual standards of the hospital.

The evacuation radio, which we equipped with a new speaker, did not avoid the modernization process either.

For staunch opponents of smart electronics, we equipped the room with a magnetic board with a glass layer for writing, which, however, is incorporated into the interior so sensitively that it is almost invisible.

Ideal acoustic conditions are ensured by tasteful ceiling panels, perforated wall cladding, upholstered furniture and also a carpet with curtains. Therefore, users can look forward to clear speech even during the video conference.
