In the newly sound-equipped Malšovická Arena with a capacity of 10,000 spectators, we utilized the most advanced AFMG EASE software to achieve the best possible results in electro-acoustic simulation, ensuring optimal speech intelligibility and perfect acoustic coverage throughout the stadium. Thanks to the careful selection and placement of JBL speakers, we exceeded the design expectations, including speech intelligibility (STI) and sound pressure level (SPL).
The main sound system consists of 46 speaker boxes installed around the perimeter under the stands' roof. Individual sections of the stands are equipped with microphones, allowing operators to monitor the area and listen to specific zones. We also equipped the commentator's booth with the legendary Shure SM7 microphone and provided sound for the adjacent areas.
Nearly 3,900 meters of 2 × 4 mm speaker cable, 700 meters of microphone cable, and 600 meters of optical cable were used for the cabling.
